Our in-home wine tasting and food pairing experience brings the best of wine and cuisine to your door, creating an intimate and engaging evening for 6 to 12 adults. Guided by a knowledgeable host, you’ll savor an expertly curated selection of fine wines from around the world, each thoughtfully paired with gourmet food pairings designed to enhance every sip. Book now for an unforgettable evening of exceptional wine, food, and company! How It Works Select the package that corresponds to the number of adults that will be attending. Packages only cover the cost of food and service - wine must be purchased by you separately due to Maryland laws. After checkout, you'll be directed to a form to make your food selections. Any selections that are above the base package can be paid for on the day of the event. Go to www.corks-away.com/food-selections to see the options for food (you'll fill this out after booking) Your host will then reach out to you via email to coordinate the event date and make wine recommendations based on the foods you've selected. Once wine selections are made, you'll receive a link to order the wine directly.
Terms and Conditions
-Reservations must be made a minimum of 14 days in advance. -A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date for services either 30 days in advance or immediately if event date is less than 30 days away. -Food selections must be completed 7 days prior to the event. -Completed payment is due on the day of the event. -Any additional charges for premium or additional food selections can be completed on the day of the event. -Payments can be made by cash, check or credit. -All participants must be at least 21 years of age and have ID available. -Wine will be ordered by you and shipped directly to you. -Prices assume 4 hours for on-site food prep, set up, tasting and clean up. Any extra time will be charged at $75 per hour. -Taxes, credit card fee (if applicable) and a $10 per person fee for delivery and shopping will be added to the final bill. -Service gratuity is not included.
